Return & Refund Policy

At Club Moda, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it under the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be new, unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
• Products must be free of make-up, deodorant, sunscreen, or any stains.
• A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before sending items back. Please request one through our Returns Center or by emailing clubmodausa@gmail.com.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygienic reasons, swimwear and bathing suits cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Final sale and clearance items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Club Moda is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, please contact us before sending your item back to confirm availability.
